Politics Shmolitics!
This is a quickie I did last week for The Weekly Standard. Started early Friday morning, and I mean early. Final was needed by the end of the day. It was a killer to pull off in this time frame . . . a challenge is always a good thing, and so is a good kick in the pants!

McCain has a jowl thing that's always caught my eye in a somewhat disturbing way. Seems you caputured it just the way I have always seen it in the media. A tip of the hat to you Jason for getting the goods off the board and out the electronic door before the buzzer - and such quality to boot - amazing!

Hey Jason, great work, you never disappoint! remember we spoke about a week ago on the phone about how to make the banners on the blog, you said Bobby Chiu told you how, good news; i found out how! I also did a picture of Sarah Palin it was my first digital caricature, so bear with me, but maybe you or anyone can critique it? that would be great. But in no way was this supposed to be some shameless self promotion!! good job once again.

Wow, in one day. And you said I was fast. I love McCain's caricature, I got a good laugh out of it. He looks pretty creepy in this one. The entire thing looks great.
perhaps who gets elected in office should come down to which pair (prez and VP) gives the best faces for Jason to annihilate!!!! After all such will be the visual cannon fodder for at least the next term!

Hey Jason, given the deadline and the pressure, I think it's quite good -- I daresay any of us could have done it in 6 hours! I was having trouble getting my work done when I had 10 days to do it!
